Tour Edge is not known particularly as a putter company but that may change quickly with the Zero T putter series just introduced that happens to sell for hundreds less than the competing models from the better known zero torque putter makers.
In addition to having the hosel positioned so the shaft axis passes through the head’s center of gravity giving the desired zero torque tendency weighting of the head is located to provide a large amount of resistance to twisting or MOI should impact not be in the exact center of the face.
Both features are important for controlling the ball roll (line and distance) plus giving consistency from putt to putt which leads to building confidence in the user. Higher confidence is a critical factor in being able to make more putts.
“Returning the putter face square to the target line at impact is critical for putting performance,” explained CEO David Glod. “The Zero T design stabilizes the face through the stroke to support that outcome for golfers of all skill levels.”
