The limited-edition Tour Edge Exotics Pro 721 driver, fairways and hybrids have been announced and they share many design features with the regular 721 models. However, with smaller heads and the CG close to face for low ball spin they are targeted for play by players with high swing speeds.

The Tour Edge Exotics family expands dramatically with the addition of the Pro 721 drivers, fairway woods and hybrids. All are designed to produce low spin with smaller heads than the previous 721s made for recreational golfers. Pro 721s will be attractive visually to better players who typically have higher swing speeds as well as providing the performance they want.
The Pro 721 family carries the tagline “Straight from the Tour Van” and will be offered only in a 1,000-piece run limited edition of each model.
The idea is to provide better ball strikers with low spin penetrating shots for added distance by pushing the center of gravity near to the face with the driver and fairway woods open at address and the hybrid square.
“We’ve become the leader in low spin technology and Pro 721 is taking that to a new level,” said Tour Edge founder and Master Club Designer David Glod. “These designs lead to penetrating shots with an extremely tight dispersion that maxes out distance, while still offering healthy launch angles.”
We particularly took note of their special Diamond Face technology seen first last year. The 2.0 version uses multiple diamond shapes of variable thickness on the interior of the face to act as what Tour Edge calls “mini-trampolines.” Their testing shows faster ball speeds and better retention of ball speed when impact is not in the center of the face.
