Terraza carded a score of 68-73—141, 3-under-par, while Wagner finished at 72-73—145 and Chris Bott of Walnut Creek was third at 72-74—146.
Chaiwat Tamnanchit of El Cerrito shot 73-74—147 to tie for fourth with Spencer Hulsey of San Francisco, who totaled 77-70—147, while Nicholas Woo of Greenbrae was sixth at 78-70—148, followed by Mike Torrence Jr. of Suisun at 71-78—149.
Ethan Serrano of El Dorado Hills finished at 72-78—150 to tie for eighth with Ryan Durante of Alamo, who wound up at 75-75—150, while Jonathan Tanihana of Sacramento posted a score of 79-72—151 to tie for 10th with Christian Guzman of Lathrop, who shot 73-78—151, and Logan Simcox of Sacramento, who came in at 74-77—151.
Mike Parnow of Sonoma won the Fairfield City Senior Championship at 69-75—144, followed by Philip Yim of Petaluma at 73-72—145, Jack Anthony of Fairfield at 74-72—146 and Ted Anderson of Vacaville at 77-71—148.
Scott Lewis of Henderson, Nev., totaled 74-77—151 to tie for fifth with Tony Amaral of Woodbridge, who finished at 76-75—151, while Frank Madrigal of Modesto wound up at 75-77—152 to tie for seventh with Michael Torrence of Suisun, who shot 76-76—152.
Bruce Cardinal of Mill Valley posted a score of 80-73—153 to tie for ninth with Noom Tunsatian of Fairfield, who finished at 77-76—153.
