Tsuru, who recently helped California win the 2018 PGA Jr. League Championship national title, carded a score of 74-73—147, 3-over-par, while Jasmine Koo of Cerritos was second at 76-74—150, followed by Nicole Neale of Dove Canyon at 78-74—152 and Catherine Rao of Camarillo at 82-72—154.
Ashley Yun of West Covina shot 84-71—155 to tie for fifth with Kamille Dimayuga of Buena Park, who finished at 79-76—155, and Leigh Chin of Irvine, who came in at 80-75—155.
Kylie Chong of Torrance totaled 85-71—156 to tie for eighth with Jasmine Lew of Los Angeles, who finished at 83-73—156, Charissa Shang of Calabasas, who shot 81-75—156, and Michelle Wong of La Habra Heights, who wound up at 78-78—156.
Seeber recorded a score of 72-71—143, the only player in the tournament to break par for 36 holes at 1-under, while Alrik Pan of West Covina shot 76-69—145 to tie for second with Hyunho Cho of Murrieta, who finished at 73-72—145.
Caden Fioroni of San Diego was fourth at 76-71—147, while Taehoon Song of Buena Park, the 2018 SCPGA Junior Player of the Year, totaled 75-73—148 to tie for fifth with Jackson Moss of San Diego, who wound up at 76-72—148.
Kyle An of Aliso Viejo was seventh at 78-71—149, while Connor O’Brien of Irvine shot 77-73—150 to tie for eighth with Guy Clauss of Newport Beach, who finished at 77-73—150.
Cameron Xiao of Yorba Linda posted a score of 77-74—151 to tie for 10th with Taewoo Yu of Murrieta, who wound up at 76-75—151, Sihao Cong of Irvine, who totaled 75-76—151, and Andrew Hoekstra of Long Beach, who came in at 73-78—151.
