Now when you visit Costco in addition to buying groceries, TVs, lawn furniture, jewelry and just about anything else you might need, you can put a carbon-titanium-headed, graphite-shafted driver in your cart.
Costco has always sold gloves and balls and recently added a set of game-improvement irons to their lineup plus they retail special package sets from Nancy Lopez Golf and Callaway Golf.
The Kirkland Signature Adjustable driver was recently announced but already is sold out and my local store didn’t know when they would be back in stock.
The driver is 10.5° but adjusts to 9.5° and 11.5° plus there is a 10.5° draw setting. The clubhead’s crown is a carbon fiber composite and the face is a variable thickness design of titanium. Titanium is also used for the sole and there is a weight screw in the rear.
Golfers want to know is the Kirkland Signature worth buying for the price but we have not had the opportunity to hit it. However, even at such a low price it is still prudent to “drive before you buy” though Costco does have a return policy.
