Wang, who finished second four times in tournaments the last two years, and Young both posted scores of 72-73—145, 1-over-par.
Colt McNealy of Portola Valley was third at 77-72—149, followed by Charles Porter of San Francisco at 74-76—150, while Jake Martin of San Juan Capistrano totaled 75-76—151 to tie for fourth with Adrian Davis of San Francisco, who wound up at 72-79—151.
Neil Summers of San Mateo shot 75-77—152 to tie for seventh with Bradley Vu of Santa Cruz, who finished at 77-75—152, and Moses Greene of Hayward, who came in at 73-79—152, and Gunwoo Han of San Leandro was 10th at 80-78—158.
Jim Williams of Orinda, the 2012 San Francisco City champion, claimed the Senior Championship with a score of 73-76—149, followed by Michael Wishart of Hillsborough at 73-79—152, while Richard McGrath of Los Altos shot 81-79—160 to tie for fourth with Jorgen Michael Jensen of Campbell, who finished at 78-82—160.
David Sheaffer of Palo Alto was fifth at 83-82—165, followed by John Airey of Mountain View at 82-85—167, Randy Robinson of Mountain View at 92-80—172, Yoshihide Murata of Los Altos at 84-89—173 and Michael Waller of Merced at 87-97—184.
Arron Goodwin of San Jose won the Net Championship by beating Scott Parsons of Moraga on the second playoff hole.
Goodin carded a score of 69-72—141, while Parsons finished at 72-69—141.
Sammy Metobo of Newark was third at 74-69—143, followed by Joonshik Park of Mountain View at 77-71—148, Chen Xi of San Jose at 75-74—149, Rodrigo Kho of Belmont at 75-77—152, defending champion Paul Lesti of Mountain View at 79-74—153, Patrick Beaulieu of Sunnyvale at 84-70—154, Brian Keller of Antioch at 80-80—160, and Ryan Hallum of Mountain View at 88-74—162.
