Srixon has had remarkable success on tour with the ZXi irons introduced last season so for 2026 they are adding two models to the family targeted for use by recreational players.
ZXiRs are for mid to higher handicaps looking for an iron offering forgiveness with a sleek-looking head while slower swingers with higher handicaps should look at the ZXiR HLs designed for high launch coupled with forgiveness.
The i-alloy used in both these new irons is the same as in the ZXis and since introduced in 2018 we have been a fan of Srixon’s V.T. Sole design which offers a consistent turf interaction.
Regarding the line expansion Jeff Brunski, VP of Research & Development said, “With the introduction of our new game improvement irons, and for the first time ever, a super game improvement model, Srixon is opening the door for more golfers to experience the performance and feel our irons are celebrated for. These additions represent a new chapter in our innovation journey, bringing the advanced technologies and premium craftsmanship players expect from Srixon and making them available to all levels of players.”
