Tour Edge built their brand by supplying golfers with clubs of high quality, the best materials and craftsmanship at prices below, sometimes a lot below, competitors.

The new Hot Launch drivers continue that approach and are worth a look by anyone buying a new game-improvement category one-wood this season. The stock shafts are light in weight to aid in creating more clubhead speed for added distance and the Max D is designed to help those of us who slice plus a HL-15° version is available.

“Game-improvement golfers deserve uncompromising performance and quality as part of their path to improvement, and Hot Launch Max delivers,” said David Glod, Founder and CEO of Tour Edge. ““The long game is where golfers lose the most confidence when the ball isn’t staying in play. Hot Launch Max metalwoods are designed to bring stability and predictability back to those shots, so golfers can swing freely and trust the result.”

Interestingly, driver performance especially for high swing speed players is all about low ball spin and Glod had a ready answer, “Not every golfer wants to manipulate ball flight or chase ultra-low spin,” added Glod. “Hot Launch Max is for players who want simple, repeatable launch and performance that makes the game more enjoyable from the tee through the fairway.”

Though the pricing is higher than the $249 charged for last year’s Hot Launch E525 series drivers they are still an immense bargain compared with the rest of the market.
