Guo (pictured), who won the White Sands Invitational, the Bishops Gate Golf Academy Junior Championship and the Orlando International Amateur Championship earlier this year, took the 19-23 Flight with a score of 68-72-68—208, 5-under-par, followed by Quynn Duong of San Jose at 72-72-70—214, and Emma Whitaker of Wichita, Kan., and 75-70-73—218.
Mary Weinstein of Highlands Ranch, Colo., was fourth at 73-70-76—219, while Megan Whittaker of Elkhorn, Neb., shot 72-77-71—220 to tie for fourth with Kenzie Wright of McKinney, Texas, who finished at 75-71-74—220, and Kelly Su of Scottsdale, Ariz., who wound up at 76-67-77—220.
Annika Borrelli of Alamo was eighth 73-75-74—222, followed by Vanessa Wang of Rowland Heights at 77-75-72—224, and Mikayla Fitzpatrick of Phoenix, Ariz., at 80-73-72—225.
Chien, who won the KPGM Stacy Lewis All-Star Invitational in June, finished at 72-75-68—215 to claim the 14-and-Under Flight, followed by Bailey Shoemaker of West Edmeston, N.Y., at 75-66-75—216, and Angela Liu of Irvine at 73-72-76—221.
Michelle Liu of Vancouver, Canada, totaled 82-73-69—224 to tie for fourth with Lauren Kim, also of Vancouver, who finished at 75-73-76—224, while Chloe Lam of Fountain Valley was sixth at 78-74-76—228, followed by Alona Avery of Riverside at 76-76-77—229.
Kirsten Angosta of Henderson, Nev., was eighth at 77-77-79—233, followed by Avery Zweig of McKinney, Texas, at 78-74-72—234, and Zoe Newell of Oro Valley, Ariz., at 77-79-82—238.
