Williams, who played college golf at Cal State San Marcos, posted a score of 68-72-72—212, 4-under-par, collecting six birdies in the final round to overcome four bogeys and a double-bogey 6 on the ninth hole. He was the only player to finish the 54 holes under par.
Taewoo Yu of Murrieta shot 71-72-72—215 to tie for second with Taehoon Song of Buena Park, who finished at 69-72-74—215, Tongun Lako LoSarah of Upland, who totaled 71-69-75—215, and Forbes Collins II of Lake Forest, who wound up at 69-66-80—215.
Matt Gunson of Irvine posted a score of 70-71-75—216 to tie for sixth with Jack Rahon of Orange, who finished at 71-71-74—216, while Tim Snyder of Thousand Oaks shot 72-74-71—217 to tie for eighth with Jared Berlin of Los Angeles, who wound up at 71-71-74—216.
