Williams, a freshman at Cal State San Bernardino, posted a score of 66-71—137, 7-under-par, while Gullickson finished at 70-70—140 and Cody Hall of Murrieta was third at 71-71—141, followed by Alex Conley of Rancho Santa Fe at 69-74—143.
Ryan McCoy of Temecula shot 72-72—144 to tie for fifth with Gian-Luca Martinez of Rancho Santa Fe, who finished at 73-71—144, and Erick Liscio of Temecula was seventh at 75-70—145.
Myoung Kim of Australia totaled 74-73—147 to tie for eighth with Fred Copley of San Diego, who wound up at 78-69—147, while James Bragger of Duarte, Michael Herrera of Moreno Valley and Mark Sider of Lake Forest all shot 72-76—148 to tie for 10th.
In the Senior Division, John Hoffman of San Diego totaled 76-73—149 to tie for first with Jon Reilly of San Diego, who shot 74-75—149, with Hoffman taking the title in a playoff.
Tim Romero of San Juan Capistrano was third at 75-75—150, followed by Jeff Crosier of Mission Viejo at 73-79—152, and Ken Kubis of San Diego at 75-78—153.
Greg Grohs of Arcadia carded a score of 76-80—156 to tie for sixth with Dale Lafferty of San Diego, who finished at 78-78—156, while Tony Avarello of San Diego was eighth at 80-77—157, followed by Tony Ralph of Sunnyvale at 76-82—158.
William Gonea of San Diego totaled 74-85—159 to tie for 10th with Christopher Berra (79-80—159) of San Diego, Dave Slingsby (79-80—159) of San Clemente, Mark Warren (79-80—159) of San Diego, and Joe Pieper (80-79—159) of San Diego.
