Karen Tsuru of Carlsbad captured the Girls Overall Division and You Seong Choi of Hacienda Heights claimed the Boys Overall Division in the Players Tour 2-Day on the Southern California PGA’s Junior Tour Spring Series at Arrowhead Golf Course in Oceanside.
Tsuru posted a score of 69-71—140, even par, while Yuree Huh of San Diego shot 71-74—145 to tie for second with Ashley Yun of West Covina, who finished at 72-73—145, while Calista Reyes of San Diego totaled 77-69—146 to tie for fourth with Estibaly Garcia, also of San Diego, who wound up at 72-74—146.
Catalin Yturralde of La Mesa was sixth at 79-68—147, followed by Gilda Castellanos of San Diego at 73-78—151, Emily Lee of Torrance at 75-77—152, Tiffany Park of Camarillo at 81-73—154, and Sarah Yoo of Hawaiian Gardens at 78-78—156.
Choi carded a score of 68-72—141, 1-over, while Andres Navarro of Montebello shot 77-68—145 to tie for second with Timothy Jung of Irvine, who finished at 74-71—145, and Joshua Koo of Cerritos was fourth at 72-74— 146.
Alex Hong of Los Angeles totaled 76-71—147 to tie for fifth with Caden McMackin of Laguna Beach, who wound up at 75-72—147, while Diamond Brandon Lew of Los Angeles shot 75-73—148 to tie for seventh with Hyunho Cho of Murrieta, who came in at 73-75—148.
Dylan Oyama of Carlsbad was ninth at 76-73—149, while Patrick Hong of Los Angeles totaled 76-74—150 to tie for 10th with Acuth Krishna of San Diego, who finished at 75-75—150.
