Breakthrough Golf, started by industry legend Barney Adams and well known for its driver and iron shafts, has introduced a zero-torque putter with the addition of a unique swing balance weighting.
The Paradox uses Principal Axis technology which works dynamically to keep the face square to the arc throughout the putting stroke, in other words the putter self-aligns as it is being swung back and through.
Golfers will also find the head-weighting placement is unusual since its placement is high in the toe and low in the heel.
Stoke balancing aligns the weighting with the shaft axis which is the way the putter moves during the stroke or more technically the principal axis of inertia is aligned with the point of rotation during the stroke.
