Lee claims 4th title as a Bruin

Alison Lee claimed the fourth title of her UCLA career and helped the Bruins finish second behind Washington in the Pac-12 Preview at Nanea Golf Club in  Kailua Kona, Hawaii.

Lee, a sophomore from Valencia, made a birdie on the 17th hole while finishing at 68-69-72–209, 10-under-par, and held on for a one-stroke victory over SooBin Kim of Washington, who wound up at 68-72-70–210.

Charlotte Thomas of Washington was third at 71-73-71–215, followed by Lauren Kim of Stanford, who totaled 74-73-70–217, while Caroline Inglis of Oregon shot 72-73-73–218 and tied for Lindsey Weaver of Arizona, who came in at 70-77-71–218.

Erynne Lee of UCLA totaled 73-72-75–220 and tied for eighth with Mariah Stackhouse of Stanford, who finished at 69-77-74–220, Eimi Koga of Washington, who wound up at 72-74-74–220, and Jing Yan, also of Washington, who posted a score of 71-74-75–220.

Washington carded a score of 282-283-290–865, 11-under, to outdistance UCLA, which finished at 288-295-293–876.

Stanford was third at 291-303-289–883, followed by Arizona at 293-302-294–889, while USC wound up at 294-303-295–892 and tied for fifth with Arizona State, which came in at 304-300-288–892.

California finished seventh at 302-298-302–902.
