Ledzinski Wins Santa Barbara County Title

Jerry Ledzinski of Carmel captured the Santa Barbara County Championship by three strokes over Francis Catalano of Camarillo and Nick Swanson of Huntington Beach at La Purisima Golf Course in Lompoc.

Ledzinski, who won the Fairfield City Amateur Championship and was second in the Tony Lema Amateur Championship earlier this year, carded a score of 75-70—145, one-over-par, to win the tournament after tying for second last year.

Catalano finished at 73-75—148 and Swanson wound up at 71-77—148

Jeffrey Perry of San Luis Obispo was fourth at 76-74—150, followed by Bryce Loogsigian of Fresno at 74-78—152, while Blake Bourelle of Bakersfield posted a score of 79-74—153 to tie for sixth with Brett Patton of Santa Barbara, who shot 77-76—153, and Jeff McNeil of Nipomo, who wound up at 74-79—153.

Luke Adam of Santa Maria was ninth at 75-79—154, while Tongum Lako LoSarah of Upland totaled 81-74—155 to tie for 10th with Brandon Bueno of Malibu, who finished at 77-78—155, Joe Morales of Santa Maria, who shot 76-79—155, and Tony Ralph of Sunnyvale, who also came in at 76-79—155.
