Kennedy wins SoCal PGA title

Ryan Kennedy of Ventura closed with a 6-under-par 65 to win the Southern California PGA Professional Championship by six strokes over Michael Block and Chris Starkjohann on the Ranch Course at the Alisal in Solvang.

“I am extremely proud to be here at this point, playing against all my buddies. I don’t even have words for it at this point; ask me tomorrow. I think there will be a lot of fun things that I’ll get to do and hopefully I’ll make the most out of all of them.”
