Alison Lee and Brian Campbell Win Club Corp AJGA Championship at Mission Hills

Alison Lee said she was nervous holding the lead entering the final round of the ClubCorp Mission Hills Desert Junior, but she sure didn’t show it.
Lee, from Valencia, chipped in for birdie on the first hole of the final round and went on to a two-stroke victory over Kristen Park of Buena Park, claiming her fourth American Junior Golf Association victory on the Dinah Shore Tournament Course at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage.
“I just tried to take it one shot at a time today,” said the 15-year-old Lee, a sophomore at Valencia High. “My iron play was really good today and my approach shots kept me in good position through most of the round.”
