Great remedy for golfer’s elbow

Haven’t tried this product yet, but have it in hand and will put it to the test soon. The product: 110% Compression Gear. How it works: You wet this bandage-sized fabric strip, then let it dry. Put it in the freezer to let it ice up. It expands in size. Once it’s cold, you slip it in the companion Bokator compression elbow sleeve’s pocket and play golf with it on. Keeps your elbow comfortably stabilized and iced. The coldness lasts six hours. You can also microwave the fabric strips, if you prefer heat. Regardless, it looks like a promising remedy and perhaps it’ll save my elbow from hurting after my next round. Check it out at
